Park & Ride
The Fredericksburg Oktoberfest Park & Ride offers convenient parking by providing riders with all day park & ride access between the Gillespie County Fairgrounds parking area and the Oktoberfest festival, located at Marktplatz, downtown Fredericksburg. Oktoberfest Park & Ride runs Friday and Saturday only, you will be able to purchase admission tickets to Oktoberfest and universal tickets (good for food, beverages and kids area) at the Park & Ride site at the Fairgrounds.

Festival Hours
Gates open at 6pm on Friday; Saturday at 10am and Sunday at 11am. Oktoberfest closes at 12 Midnight on Friday and Saturday and at 6pm on Sunday.
Admission / Advance Ticket Sales

Online advance ticket sales begin in January until two weeks prior to the opening day of Oktoberfest.
Once online sales close, you may purchase tickets at the gate, starting at noon of the opening day.

Bag Screening
To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival for all attendees all bags entering the festival grounds are subject to security screening.
Food and Drink
Food and drinks are sold on the grounds. Visitors are prohibited from bringing ice chests, beer, wine or liquor onto the festival grounds or from leaving with beer or wine.
Parking
Parking is available, but limited, around Marktplatz.
First Aid Tent
There is a First Aid tent on-site.

Service Animals
Only trained service animals, with credentials, will be allowed on the festival grounds. Please leave dogs and other pets at home as they may pose safety or health risks in such a crowded and stimulating environment. We appreciate your understanding.
